City of Petoskey

Project consisted of the conversion to underground of the primary & secondary electrical distribution lines in “JC Penney Alley”. 

All overhead utilities in this congested downtown alley were converted to underground and the site was restored with stamped asphalt, decorative railings, and plantings. All secondary conductors were routed through custom manholes to facilitate future service upgrades. All three-phase electrical services were converted to 120/208V and all services were converted to underground.
